Psychotherapeutic consultation– is a single meeting with a therapist to determine the background of difficulty or a specific problem and select the appropriate form of assistance. Consultation may result in a therapeutic contract and determination of frequency and length of meetings as well as the form of payment and the form of cancelling session.

Individual Psychotherapy– is a series of individual encounters with the therapist. Such meetings are focused on difficulty, discomfort and suffering-oriented areas. Therapy sessions are held once a week or every two weeks- at the previously agreed time. Sessions duration is 60 minutes. The duration of treatment depends on the individual needs and the type of the problem.
– Short term therapy– is a series of meetings aimed at seeking an optimal solution for a particular problem in a relatively short time. Short-term psychotherapy takes about 10-20 sessions and is based primarily on the use of resources and capabilities of the client as well as his strengths and advantages. Therapeutic sessions are held once a week or once every two weeks.
– Long term therapy – is a series of meetings conducive to holistic insight into the specific problems and traumatic experiences reaching for the remote in time sources. This type of therapy allows exploration of the deficit areas that affect the life choices and improve the functioning of individuals in relationships. Long-term psychotherapy may take several years. Therapeutic sessions are held once a week or once every two weeks.
